MEET HONEY, OUR RESEARCH CHATBOT

Housed on Facebook Messenger, Honey holds conversations with thousands of individuals every day.

Her research is ongoing, building profiles of customer tastes, preferences, behaviours and demographics and these insights all build together to allow for precise customer targeting and deeper consumer insights.

Being a chatbot has it’s perks too: people say “please” and “thank you” more to chatbots than to other humans and Honey’s conversational question style builds a relationship with the consumers she’s surveying.

Honey can show consumers a wide range of inputs from text, to video and ask for a range of things in return, allowing her to pre-test interventions before you go through with development.
